1. What types of shipping can I choose?

Every order placed on Bayeas.com will be shipped with regular USPS or UPS ground service by default. If you prefer expedited shipping, feel free to contact us HERE.

2. What are your shipping fees?

Bayeas.com proudly offers sitewide free ground shipping for all orders, no minimums required.

3. When will my order be shipped?

Please allow up to 1-2 business days from the time of placing your order for it to be shipped. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed Monday or the following business day.

4. When will my order arrive?

Typically delivers within 3-7 business days after the order ships.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, Bayeas.com will send you an email confirmation with the tracking information. The email will include a link to the shipping carrier's website where you can track the location and delivery status of your order. 

6. What's your order cancellation policy?

Bayeas.com accepts orders to be canceled within 60 minutes of placing the order if the request is made during our Customer Service business hours of 9am-6pm PST (Monday-Friday).

7. Do you ship internationally?

Bayeas.com currently only ships to the USA in order to ensure the best possible shipping experience for our customers.

8. Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

No, Bayeas.com does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unfortunately.
